Description
This is not an average Townhome. It's unique, comfortable; a unit with lots of light and great views. Decorated with a southwestern touch and boasts over 3000 square feet of living space. It sleeps ten in four comfortable bedrooms. A large deck adds openness where a gas grill and outside dining are available. It’s an inviting gathering spot offering amazing views of Nottingham Lake and Beaver Creek Mountain. A welcoming foyer provides place for jackets, boots, hats, shoes, and skis, storage.
The main level of this wonderful property is equipped with an open floor plan and hardwood floors. The family room is cozy and welcoming and exudes comfort. Enjoy HDTV, free WiFi, and a warm wood-burning fireplace. There is dining table and island seating available to gather at, full-size washer/dryer and full guest bath, as well a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with supplies. Cooking not your thing? The Town of Avon is right down the street and offers many dining options.
The master and first guest bedroom are located on the upper floor. The master offers a king bed, comfy linens and its own bathroom with dual sinks, shower/tub combo and skylight. There is also an attached deck offering views of Beaver Creek Resort! The guest bedroom is situated with a king bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with skylight and gorgeous views.
The lower level landing area features a brand new queen sleeper sofa, perfect for the kiddos in the group. The first lower level guest bedroom offers a brand new king bed and mattress with a TV, and a wood-burning fireplace with an attached flex space. There’s also a desk if you need to catch up on work while traveling. There is a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo, make-up counter and even a private sauna! The second guest bedroom is fitted with a queen and a twin bed as well as a step out deck, an excellent place to drink your morning coffee and breath in fresh mountain air.
There are three ski resorts close by for your greatest powder snow experience! Beaver Creek Resort - a handy 5 minutes away. Arrowhead – 10 minutes. Vail -15 minutes. Every season has an abundance of activities and beautiful sites. Other amenities include covered parking at the front door, an assigned parking space and guest spaces. The complimentary in-town shuttle is a short 5-minute walk away making stops at restaurants, the grocery store, and Beaver Creek Resort. All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.
