We loved staying at 1345 Laurel Grove for a short stay in June 2022! The house was beautiful, loved all the authentic looking 'pirate' decor. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck, yard, & pretty blue, nice-looking large sized golf cart. We hope to stay again soon. Unfortunately, however; rate, which significantly shows increased prices for future stays, is unaffordable for our family. But we did love it!

only issue shower upstairs the tub is to deep for older people to get in and out. Very slippery

If you are going on vacation, retired or for any reason, San Destin is an awesome place to spend sone time.<br/>This property was pretty much as described with no major surprises. When you enter the property, you go inside through the kitchen as that is where the door lock is. The front door is facing the street and you could walk around the porch to that door, but it does not have a usable lock on it. <br/>Once inside the house you will find it with very beautiful colors. <br/>It's a two-story house as described, meaning almost a third of the house is up a set of stairs.<br/><br/>The kitchen area has a bar but there are no chairs or bar stools for it. The dining table is like most of the furniture in the house, oversized and the dining table several inches higher than a normal table. <br/>The living area has a couch and no chairs thus making it slightly uncomfortable even for two people, so I have no idea where three people or more are supposed to sit. The beds are ok, but the downstairs bedrooms are very crowded and also with no chairs.<br/>The golf cart is nice with lots of places to ride including going to the beach, shopping or restaurants. <br/>There is so much to see and do in the area time just slips away and before you know it's time to say goodbye. <br/>And when you do leave, the checkout process is seamless.<br/>

House was clean clean and everyone raved about how comfortable their beds were. Golf cart was a great addition. Would definitely stay again.

special neighborhood within Sandestin. House has many updates, but lacks functionality without dressers and usable bedside tables and lights. We would consider staying again!

Beautiful and convenient. Plenty of space and we were close to everything. This is the second place we have stayed at with this company and both times we had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for our family, this time there were 5 of us. We will stay with them again.

Our family loved our stay at this property and the service we received from the property management company was outstanding! The decor in the home was so unique and beautiful although it wasn't the most functional for a family (there were no drawers in the bedrooms to unpack our things and the night stands in the master bedroom although beautiful, were somewhat difficult to use functionally due to their design). The included golf cart was a huge bonus for us and one of the main amenities we looked for when deciding which property we rented in addition to the overall property location. In the future we'll make sure to look for a property that not only has a golf cart but also has beach chairs and a grill at the home itself that we could use during our stay vs having to go back and forth to the pool area to use the one and only grill provided on site while also trying to juggle cooking the rest of our meal from the home or having to purchase chairs to use at the beach for the week but otherwise this was a perfect location, property and vacation our family enjoyed very much.

The house is updated with large unusual furniture. The showers are fabulous. The house is dog friendly as is all of Sandestin. The golf cart was nice to have. The living room needs a couple of comfortable chairs, there is only one couch. They also need lamps to read by.

My family and I had the best time! The convenience of everything is great! To be able to drive the golf cart to the beach and grocery store was awesome! Plus the restaurants. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed! We will be coming back!

My family and I had a nice, relaxing vacation over 4th of July week. The property was clean and cozy. The golf cart was great for local transportation to beach, shopping, sightseeing. We appreciated the bicycles, but one of the three had two flat tires.

Our Family of three and a friend had an Amazing trip in this beautiful home at 1345 Ravens Run East in Sandestin in Laurel Grove. Everything was perfect- spotless! The House was clean and beautifully decorated. The colors were soothing and the some of the furnishing were very old & gorgeous. It would have been interesting to know where they came from & the stories they could tell. It is spacious with the open floor plan of the den, dining room, & kitchen. It easily would be comfortable for 6 people. The mattresses were comfortable too. The Golf cart was a blast and made it an easy ride to the beach and ride around the resort...had dinner a few nights in Baytowne Wharf & rented a pontoon boat at the Sandestin marina. The property manager, Dave, was very helpful! The Check in was easy as was the check out. The neighborhood is beautiful....would recommend 10/10! Our family will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is small but had what we needed. The resort is amazing and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We would absolutely stay here again!

We traveled here with my sister's family and my parents. Stayed in two properties in this neighborhood and had an AMAZING time! The cousins loved getting to ride the golf carts everywhere (the wharf, the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store!). The house had just about everything you'd need and is gorgeous inside. But the 6-seater golf cart was the best! :)
