We loved this house!! We stayed at this house with 4 couples...This house accomodated all of us perfectly! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and very large living space downstairs! The house was clean and stocked well with everything we might need to get our vacation started. Such a great location, just steps away from the sand, restaurants and shopping! We will totally stay here again!

Excellent location, beautiful view and nice modern house with all the amenities you need. This is spacious house with 3 levels. Firepit on the terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine with a great view of the ocean.

This house is beautiful inside and out. Service was great before and during. Location couldn't be better, we could walk everywhere. We had a few issues with locks but they didn't interfere with our safety and although the property management offered to come we chose not to have them come due to Covid. We do wish the house had more beach chairs. For a house that sleeps 8, 3 chairs seems quite minimal. We are loyal Marriott Titanium customers. We have never used the Villa program but have used many Airbnb and VRBO properties. We were quite disappointed to see the checkout rules. When on vacation the last thing we want to do is strip beds, remove towels, load the dishwasher one last time and empty garbages. Isn't this part of the service we are paying for? Airbnb and VRBO never ask you to do that.

Overall, we love 130 39th St home. This was our second year renting the home and we have booked it for 20 days next summer. I have communicated the issues with the TV system that needs to be addressed. The exterior landscaping needs to be addressed also. For longer stays, the owner should provide a cordless vacuum cleaner to do the floors each day.

We were very satisfied. The staff kept in touch with us so we felt that if anything came up, it would be resolved quickly. Nothing came up. Very clean, great location. Common area great to accommodate all of us.

House was great, big and spacious. Loved having air conditioning!!! You will thank me later, I promise. Before you arrive, confirm with NBVP that there are FULL tanks of propane fir the bbq and roof fireplace. Also, refrigerator is tricky. Make sure to triple check that it's closed, otherwise you will have food go bad and nothing cold.

Our family of 7 was looking to escape the Bay Area to remote learn from a new location for a few days. This property more than satisfied all our needs. Each of our 5 children had a room to sleep and we slept comfortably in the master suite at the front of the house. The house is located steps from the beach and although located on the corner of Balboa Blvd, was very quiet and no one had issues sleeping / or with noise. The wifi worked great for all 7 of us to work online during the day. We loved the rooftop fire pit and the garage was helpful for the guests who came to visit us for dinner. The beach is incredible here as well! Just an all around wonderful, last minute getaway in a newly renovated home!

Newport beach is always fun but this home really made our trip the best! Beautiful, clean rooms, comfortable family areas to gather in, large dinning room table for family dinners and roof top deck with fire pit to enjoy at night. Only a 2 minute walk to the incredible beach and 5 minute walk to the board walk. The property management was always available and helpful!

Perfect house for a fun extended weekend celebrating a college graduation. Great kitchen to cook in with lots of gathering places inside and out. The only minor drawback is that the street in front can be noise at night particularly if you're a light sleeper. Everyone loved the 3rd floor deck and it's just a short stroll to the beach. Would definitely come back.

I stayed at 130 39th street with some girlfriends for the weekend. The house was gorgeous and the location was perfect! A quick few minutes from the beach and the roof deck was the ideal spot to just relax with a cup of coffee. Would definitely stay here again! This is a great and relaxing property. This is located right to the beach. The location is good especially with a grocery store and connect road to get to where ever you need.

This home was perfect for 2 families (4 adults, 3 kids) over spring break. Walking distance to beach, beautiful views from top deck, fully equipped. Spacious, TV's in every room, beds were very comfortable, very clean!! Couldn't ask for anything more!Only downside, large SUV didn't fit in garage unless you parked at an angle, which is tricky due to the narrow driveway (but that's Newport Beach in general). Other than that, the property was great and property management was available immediately for questions.Would definitely recommend this home.

Wish this home were on the beach and it would be a 10+

We stayed here in Aug 2018 soon after it was brand new construction, and it was amazing. Stayed for another week this AUG 2019 and it was also a great property. Some things like the rug in the main family room were pretty worn and need replacing, but it was as expected with heavy rental use of this amazing property. The A/C is a huge help for hot summer nights. Kitchen is really great. Water pressure was kind of low in the master shower. The roof top deck with fire pit was such fun! The bed sheets weren't very soft (from the rental company) and they replaced them for us quickly. Garage can only hold 2 smaller cars, but you can keep the door up and then 2 minivans can fit. Really a great property that we loved and will plan to come again next year.

After four days at Disney this rental was a prefect way to end our vacation. The house finish's are a high standard. We did have an issue with the lighting controls, they would come in at 10 pm every night and two of the TVs we couldn't figure out. These we small inconveniences when you look at the house as a whole, we didn't try to rectify the problems with the rental, you really don't need a tv here anyway! Location is perfect for the beach or night life. Over all this rental was more that we expected.

I can’t say enough about what a great time we had staying in Newport Beach at this big white house. We were only there for a couple of nights this first time, but are already booking it again for the end of summer. <br/><br/> When we arrived the property manager greeted us and showed us where everything was, how to use the Wi-Fi, whole house streaming audio system, TVs, fireplaces and barbecue and then answered a few more questions that we had. The house is very new and the furniture is all brand new as well. This house easily sleeps two full <br/>families. <br/><br/>The location is about 300 feet from the beautiful Newport beach and only a five minute walk to stores and restaurants. It is very close to the pier is well.<br/><br/>Thanks again for a great short vacation! We can’t wait to be back for a week!<br/><br/>Jerry<br/>

Very nice house - rental agency is very accommodating, easy to check in and out without actually having to meet someone. When we arrived everything was ready as promised. Good communication from host. Made for an enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at 130 39th Street! The home is absolutely breathtaking and just spacious. The roof top deck was a great hangout spot with friends and wonderful views of the ocean. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was perfect and very easy to access. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again soon!

We knew from the photos the house is beautiful. It is stunning! Only steps to the beach -the views from the numerous patios were amazing. The House was spotless when we arrived. All rooms are decorated in a clean beachy style. Furnishings are lovely and beds are super comfy. The finishes from floors to cabinets and doors are modern and high end. There are numerous TVs and the House has an upgraded sound system. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking -appliances suited to a chef! The management polite and quick to respond to our questions. We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful home. Many restaurants and a grocery nearby made our stay easy. We were planning our next stay the day we left!

This rental is an amazing home one block from the beach. There is not one detail overlooked in the home.

This house is soooo beautiful!! It was like a dream staying there!! The owner did a marvelous job with the new remodel. The roof top deck is so relaxing and such a breath taking view! Great location! So close to the beach. Everything was perfect and Newport Beach Vacation Properties made it so easy to check in, they were so kind and friendly. We will come back every year!!

Our 4 night stay could not have been better. The house was perfect for our large group full of grandparents and kids. It was an easy 25 minute drive to Disneyland and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was extremely clean and nice. The rooms were quiet and spread out, perfect for napping babies. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect week in August at this NEW construction beach house. Loved having Air Conditioning on the hot days, and best of all, you can have quiet nights with the windows closed. I was worried we might hear the cars from Balboa Blvd, but new construction and totally quiet bedrooms. The upper deck with the fire pit was awesome, easily can see the ocean. Highly recommend this new rental! It's as good as the photos.

Home was amazing and had a great time! A few small items that needed fixed but as a whole the property was top shelf! Great location and would definitely stay there again.
