Our stay at Waters Edge was awesome! The view from our 10th floor unit was spectacular! We saw fireworks nightly, watched storms over the ocean, and saw pelicans fly so close by our balcony we thought we could have touched them! The unit itself as newly renovated, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The only downside to the room as the king sized bed. We both ended up with back aches. It either needs to be flipped or replaced.<br/>The beach was wonderful. Never too crowded. We rented chairs and umbrellas for the week. There is a sliding scale discount lowering your cost depending on how many days you sign up for. You can get down to the beach or leave the beach for awhile and your chairs will be there waiting for you. Really a good system! The beach is clean and well kept. The water is warm and pretty calm. We didn&#x2019;t really use the pool, but the hot tub felt good on our backs! Overall, we enjoyed everything and everybody was very friendly. Would certainly go back, but would rent a car next time. Restaurants/grocery not in walking distance and car services seem limited in the evening.

We have stayed at Watersedge Resort for the past 8 years at least and we love it. We don&#x2019;t stay anywhere else but here and we try different units each year and Unit 1009 was definitely a favorite by far. This unit is beautiful, up to date, and very clean. My family and I highly recommend staying here!

Condominium is beautiful. Decorated beautifully. Loved staying in this condo. Bed was a bit hard but other than that beautiful.

The room was very nice and newly remodeled. We will definitely be coming back. We have stayed in several different rooms at this resort and we have not been disappointed.

We did not want to leave! EVER! This place was so clean and beautiful. This unit was beautifully decorated and stocked as per the description. (Make sure that you check photos and reviews for individual units because they are not all the same.) We were teasing that we were going to leave a bad review so that we'd always be able to get this unit. But, all kidding aside, it was perfect! The front office staff was professional and kind. There is a 'dive bar' on site that closes at 8pm and it is staffed by a friendly lot. This place is lovely. Book it and enjoy it! One last thing, we did buy a frying pan because the one in the unit was a little small for us.

Two problems we had. 1) The matress cover on the bed had yellow stains on it. <br/> 2) The small shower floor was not clean.

Unit 1009 was beautiful. The showers were great and everything was thoughtfully designed. The inconvenience of construction on the deck and pool area was tolerable. We appreciated the 20% discount. That showed your understanding.

The unit was much nicer than I even expected from the pictures. Someone loves this place and took great care in the decor. It added the perfect homey touch. Lovely kitchen and master bath. The Murphy bed was a great touch. My only wish was for two parking passes instead of just the one, as my adult daughter joined me and we were hard pressed to keep her parked.

overall a great experience. the glass door leading to balcony needs repair or replaced. very difficult to open.

We heard complaints of poor water pressure, refrigerators and garbage disposals going out and out dated furniture in other units. Besides a lumpy bed, 1009 didn't have any of that. If we ever went back, its 1009 or no stay at all. Also, the pool could have been cleaned better than once a morning.

This unit was a 10/10. Clean & Spacious! The ocean front balcony was wonderful! As far as the resort goes, I'd give it a 7-8/10. We came around 3 hoping our room was ready early but it was not (no big deal). We were told the cleaners had to be done by 4 & to come back. No big deal, so we went to the grocery store & loaded up & came back a little after four. The front desk clerk's response, it's still not ready. I asked if he could give me an estimate. I asked several times for him to find out the status & he just kept saying they were working on it, I don't know. I said what the heck are we supposed to do not knowing when we will get in our room??? He said, I don't know go sit on the pool deck!!! This all happened with the security guard right there like I was going to do something. While husband sat in our car w/ the air running so our $200 groceries wouldn't get ruined, we went to the pool & stood there doing nothing until it got too hot & came back looking for my husband. (security guy showed up at the pool watching me a few min. after we got to the pool). My husband was in the office getting a status on our room when we got there. (security showed up a min. later). My husband asked for the status & he said, it's still not ready. Then we asked if they could call & get a status. He said he called 10 minutes prior & they were working on it but didn't bother getting an estimate of how long it would be. This is when we learned for the 1st time, they were short staffed. Why not mention that from the beginning? We asked if we could take our groceries up to the room & were told no but then he finally broke down & called the cleaners & we took our groceries up while they finished cleaning. We got into our room well after 5. All could have been handled better for sure. Cleaning ladies were so nice that we tried making it as easy as possible for them when we left by taking trash out, putting all towels & linens together & making sure the

My husband, 11 year old daughter nd myself came for a week vacation away from our beloved mountain home in Canton, NC.

The condo was very pleasant and clean. This was our first trip here and we enjoyed it. I hope to do it again.

The condo was perfect for my husband & myself. It's nicely decorated & not too big but not too small either. We've never been to this area before. It is perfectly located far enough away from craziness of the Myrtle Beach area. There are SO many great restaurants it is difficult to choose! We would love to return again!

Our 2nd time at Water's Edge 1009. (Many times at Water's Edge itself). Perfect view! Nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Great deck furniture! Would definitely stay there again! Also, can't say enough about Marissa, John and Anita! Awesome staff who will make sure you have everything you need!

We stayed in 1009. Beautiful place. It was clean, well supplied, and lovely deco. Waters Edge is our favorite place to stay. Nice clean pools, Clean and well taken care of.

Unit 1009 clearly shows what a rental condo can be when the owners are motivated to keep the unit rented. The highest praise I can offer is that I'd own it and live in it. This is the only unit in Water's Edge that is truly worth paying for.

We had a wonderful time at Waters Edge Resort! The room was beautiful and the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again!

Unit # 1009 was beautifully decorated. This 1 bedroom had king in Masterbed & bath, Murphy bed & pull out sofa in living area,plenty of sleeping arrangements & updated appliances. Fully stocked kitchen, w/ Great views of th e ocean. It was so peaceful, quite,had fantastic views from 10th floor balcony,sat outside in the morning drinking coffee watching the dolphins. Came up for lunch/dinner out on balcony also. (Loved amenities (outside/indoor pools, Jacuzzi, plenty of lounging chairs). My friend & I walked on the beach for our exercise (we did not use the gym). Close to Garden City Pier & Sam's Footlong Hotdogs were great also (we could have eaten there everyday for lunch). If you want great seafood/prime rib & low low prices between 2 pm/6 pm,you have to try JPetters resturant in Murrells Inlet right pass Drunk in Jack's. You want be disappointed. You must check out the Polynesian Fire Luau-Dinner/Luau show in N. Myrtle. Our stay at Water's Edge Resort was awesome & the staff was very friendly,polite & curtious. We have stayed in Mytle Beach & Surfside before, but this was the best overall stay. Wish prices were lower (would have stayed a week or if my family for 2 weeks, instead of 4 nights with my friend). Rates in summer months are extremely high. Would recommend it to family & friends. Thank you for making 2 senior ladies welcome for our Birthday!!

We have rented at Water's Edge Resort for many years now and don't even waste time pricing other places. Looking forward to going again next May.
