Not a bad condo, our family has stayed in several condos in waters edge this one suited our needs. Condo could use a new set of cook wear, new rugs, and a better housekeeper. We had to re-sweep when we arrived and the floors had not been mopped. The pull out sofa’s sheets had not been changed but we found the extra set for it. Also I like your website it it’s very straightforward and easy to book. The front desk person Jon is kinda rude when called about the reservation and rude when I reported the elevators not working.

Overall a good experience. My only complaint would be that whoever cleaned the room did not do a great job. When we arrived the bed was dirty and the sheet wasn’t even pulled up over the bed. It looked like they just pulled the comforter over top everytbing. I had to take everything off of the bed and wash it. Other than that we have no complaints and was satisfied with our room and the resort.

The condo was very clean and had plenty of room. Great location and beautiful view of the ocean.

I have been coming to Waters Edge for several years. Just to let you know how long, the first year that me and my wife came down my daughter was eight and this year my daughter had her first child and I'm sure she will bring our grandson here next year. I always have a great experience here and I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

We had a great time. We've been coming for since the 80's. The room was good. Love the renovations. Looking forward to our next trip.

This unit was very nice. We’ve stayed at Water’s Edge for years, and this was a really nice unit. And very clean. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The rental was nice but needed a good cleaning. The floor was terrible to the point we wouldn't walk on it without shoes even after sweeping it several times. The furniture looked like it had not been dusted in months.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. We couldn't sit out there at night due to the pot smoking neighbors, (didn't complain because we still had several days left of vacation and didn't want to make anyone mad.) The worst part was the bed! It was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever laid on! It is awful!!!

Water's Edge Resort is one of the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach SC. Specially when you are in group. My Family love the place and I thing it is the only one that has a hot tub outside. I will definitely come back as much as I can. Plus it's kids friend. The staffs are wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Water's Edge, once again. For several years we have found the resort clean and comfortable. Office staff are helpful and friendly. Our condo this year was not as nicely furnished as previous ones. It was adequate, but others were brighter and more pleasing. However, we were grateful for a walk-in shower for my mother.

Let me start by saying our room was incredible! Very clean great size and a great view. We couldn't enjoy the pools or hot tubs because they were closed due to covid 19. The little bar on LL was great and the staff in there was very nice and sweet. The only 2 issues that I had was the elevator kept acting up and stuck us in a couple times for a few mins and the staff at front desk is not the friendliest of all people. Front desk could be a little more happier and greet their guest as they check in. I felt as if it was a bother for them to check us in. The girl was on the phone complaining to another employee about another not coming in to do house keeping while trying to check me in. I just over looked it and got my key and went to my awesome room. Overall we will be back prob in next couple months and I will be requesting that same room.
