We really like the location of this unit. There are bathrooms located near the pool, which was very convenient. There is a small bar and a convenience store on the property. The rental umbrellas and chairs are just a few steps away from the pool deck. If you don't like sand, you can sit on the pool deck and still feel like you are sitting on the beach with no obstructions of your view. Our room had been updated with a nice kitchen and new bedroom furniture. We slept well. My complaints were that I had to clean the bathrooms, sweep the floors, etc. It appeared housekeeping only put clean sheets on the beds, but didn't clean. The windows did not lock, therefore anyone could gave sliden them open and climbed in from outside. I put wooden sticks in them while we were there and reported this to the office, so hopefully it is fixed. There was a presence of secutity guards, which we liked. This is an older resort and is a little dated. Rooms are all different as they are owned by individuals. Our room did look like pictures on website. We had a great vacation! I would recommend, however warn that you will most likely be cleaning on your first day...we talked to several others and they, too had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies upon arrival.

It was quaint. Not a lot of pots and pans. Relatively clean, but could definitely use some updates and maintenance.
We have been staying with you guys off and on for over 20 years. I really appreciate the security keeping others that are not staying there from coming in off the beach. I do not like the parking really one car for a 2 bedroon and I have had friends that would not stay there after I explained the parking.
As always, wonderful experience! Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I've been. Ominv down for 7 years and will be back next year!!
Have stayed at Waters Edge multiple times over the last 10 years and every time has been a great vacation with no problems.
The staff was helpful and professional,are rental was very nice and clean and the view was spectacular would definitely stay there again loved it.
As always were were very pleased with management, our condo was clean and well equipped.
